Who we are
An Indonesian systems integrator with a Microsoft practice inside it.
We design, build, and run Microsoft technology inside operations that are already running.
The work starts from an operational problem, not from a product. One team carries licensing, architecture, implementation, adoption, and day to day operation, so nothing falls into the gap between a technical decision and the business result you are accountable for.
The organisations we serve run in regulated sectors that cannot afford to stop. That context sets how the work is done, from data governance through to the cutover plan.

MII and Microsoft
Two organisations, one accountable team.
Microsoft supplies the platform, the models, and the security and governance underneath them. MII designs, implements, and operates it inside your organisation. A question about either side reaches the same team.

The checkable record
The evidence behind the conversation
The figures below are separated by who holds the record. What a third party verified is stated first, with its source.

What we do
Three practices, one team that runs them
Each practice has its own capabilities and its own Microsoft services. What is not separate is the team, so work that crosses two practices does not stop at an internal boundary.
M365 & Security
Give people one productive, controlled way to work
Connect email, files, meetings, devices, identity, and Copilot readiness so people spend less time searching between tools and more time completing the work that matters, on an estate that can be governed and evidenced.

Questions enterprise teams ask first
Where does an engagement with MII usually start?
There are four connected stages: licensing, advisory, implementation, and support. Most organisations enter through one of the first two. Licensing covers Microsoft 365 subscriptions through CSP. Advisory assesses the estate and the distance to the desired outcome. Implementation delivers against that assessment, and support helps the change keep operating after go-live. You do not have to start at stage one. An organisation whose licensing is already in order can begin with advisory. Scope, duration, and commercial terms are agreed in that first conversation because they depend on what the assessment finds.
Which Microsoft practice fits the problem we need to solve?
Three practices give the work a clear home. Microsoft 365 covers modern workplace, Copilot and adoption, CSP licensing, and device management. Azure covers infrastructure and migration, security, data platform, and AI applications and agents. Power Platform covers low-code applications, process automation, business intelligence, and platform governance. Security, infrastructure, data, and AI are capabilities inside Azure rather than practices of their own, so the team can connect them instead of sending the problem between vendors.
How does MII help us choose Microsoft 365 licensing?
CSP licensing is one of the Microsoft 365 capabilities. The Business family is capped at 300 seats and the Enterprise family has no seat cap. The licensing page compares the plans across the feature list so the decision can reflect users, risk, and how work is organised. Prices are not shown here. Each SKU carries a request for pricing because CSP pricing depends on term, seat count, and the agreement it sits under.
What happens after go-live?
Support is the fourth stage of the same engagement. The site does not publish standard support tiers because the right operating model depends on the platform, process, and responsibilities involved. It is agreed through the contact route for the relevant practice, so the answer comes from the team that would actually run it.
Why do some delivered engagements not name the customer?
Written permission to publish the customer name has not been recorded. Each engagement carries a permission state that only a person may change after written approval exists. Until then, the site renders an anonymised descriptor in its place. The industry, business problem, Microsoft services, and outcome remain visible. We would rather show the work without the name than publish the name without permission.
How do I reach the team that can help?
There are three contact routes, one per practice, and the form asks which one you need so the enquiry arrives with context attached. The closing section also routes by intent: discuss an operational challenge, compare licensing, map an outcome to a solution, see an MII product in context, or explore a delivery partnership. Both paths reach the same three teams.
