Frontline worker rollout programme
A reduced first year rate on Microsoft 365 F3 for organisations bringing shift based and field teams onto a managed Microsoft identity for the first time.
Frontline teams are usually the last group to reach a managed identity, and the licence cost across a large headcount is the reason. This programme reduces the Microsoft 365 F3 rate for the first twelve months so a rollout can cover the whole workforce rather than a pilot group. It includes device enrolment guidance, a shared device configuration baseline, and a Teams Shifts setup for one operating unit. Eligibility depends on headcount and on the tenant already holding an Enterprise agreement. Confirm the rate and the qualifying seat count with MII.
