Microsoft 365 Copilot CSP programme

Microsoft runs a seat tiered discount on Microsoft 365 Copilot for customers transacting through a CSP partner, on both the annual and the three year term. The rate improves at each seat threshold, so the figure that applies to your organisation depends on how many seats are committed and on which term is signed. The three year term opened a month ahead of the annual one, and both close on 30 September 2026. MII transacts the subscription, assigns the seats on the tenant already in use, and runs the rollout: the data classification and permission work that has to happen before Copilot is switched on, then the adoption support that follows it. Discount tiers, eligibility and the promotion window are set by Microsoft and change between programme periods.
