Microsoft 365 E3 and E5 three year term
A discount that applies across both Microsoft 365 E3 and E5 when the seats are committed on a three year term rather than renewed annually.
Most organisations do not run a single tier. Some functions need E5 for the security and compliance workload while the rest of the business sits on E3, and renewing both annually leaves money on the table. This programme discounts the two together on a three year term, so a mixed estate is priced as one commitment. It requires a meaningful seat count across the combined order and the window closes on 30 September 2026. MII maps which roles genuinely need E5 before the order is sized, because the cheapest way to buy the wrong tier is still the wrong tier. Confirm the qualifying seat count and the applicable rate with MII before committing to a three year term.
