A Cloud PC solves a specific problem: someone needs a managed Windows desktop and giving them a company laptop is either too slow or too expensive. Contractors, seasonal staff, offshore teams, and anyone working from a device the organisation does not own. Windows 365 streams that desktop instead, and the data never lands on the endpoint. Every edition currently carries a discount, though the windows differ: the Enterprise edition rate closes at the end of September 2026, while the Business, Flex and Government edition rates run through to the middle of 2027. The Business edition is capped at three hundred seats. MII sizes the Cloud PC against the actual workload rather than the cheapest tier, connects it to the identity and conditional access policy already in place, and hands over the provisioning process. Confirm the applicable figure, the edition, and the current window with MII before placing an order.
